About MS B
The path to gluten free bakes started when MS B experienced a serious allergy attack. After consultation with Doctors, and a few tests later, it became clear that a gluten free diet is the path to take into the future. At the time there were not that many gluten free bakes readily available in terms of choice and good taste.
The process began of familiarising myself with a variety of gluten free ingredients available in the market, and how ingredients can be pulled together to create the cakes offered.
My Story
A few years ago I had an allergy attack which completely changed my life. After doing some tests I realised that I reacted to a whole variety of foods, fruits, vegetables and spices.
From that time onwards I had to change my diet and eat differently. When it came to baked goods, gluten free was the option. At first I thought I had to give up all the baked goods I enjoyed, but with time I have learned to enjoy cakes baked with gluten free flours.
The more I talk about my experience, the more I realise that there are numerous people who are intolerant to a variety of foods but they always convince themselves that they do not want to miss out on the “good stuff”
2019
Cheesecakes were the first cakes to be sold when we established our business, and family were the first to enjoy my cheesecakes. To this day, no family gathering is without cheesecake….

Both baked and non-baked Cheesecakes are available in a variety of flavours. The Lemon (non-baked) cheesecake is the cake that started our journey and remains the family’s first choice to this day.
Since then, a variety of flavours are baked daily.
Our cheesecakes are good for both gluten free and gluten tolerant individuals.

Pricing
Prices vary, and will depend greatly on decorative customizations and availability of ingredients, especially specialist ingredients (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan) and seasonal ingredients.
Due to the nature of these specialist ingredients (especially vegan), they will often need to be sourced in advance. We therefore recommend placing these orders in early so that we can investigate best options for you or find suitable alternatives.

Seasonal
Fruits are seasonal and certain fruits may not be available during placement of order.
We will contact you once the order has been placed and confirm availability of required fruit, or we'll give you alternative options available.
Order Placements
Orders for next week should be done by midday (12h00) on a Friday.
Orders for Saturdays to be done by midday on a Tuesday.
Collections
Please include a Date and Time for collection and Person responsible for collection in the Order notes column (provided at check out).

Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
Delivery time can be moved on request to accommodate possible cancellation of orders.
All cancellations must be done in writing with the heading “Cancellation of Order” and must include Proof Of Payment and Order Number, and emailed to busi@ms-bcakeboutique.com
Orders cancelled a day before delivery will forfeit 50% of payment.
